| Hi everyone, I bought my beloved Talbot Samba Cab -85 for about 3-4 years ago and I absolutely love it. It is in very well shape will more or less no rust at all, but of course there is a bit of issues now and then. The plastic back window does have a crack in it, do you think it's repairable or should I in some way exchange the entire sufflette? She lives in Stockholm, Sweden   |

| Hello   Welcome among us. Very beautiful automobile. The rear window is not repairable: a saddler can replace her with no problem at all. The crack can be temporarily repaired with the transparent wide adhesive tape. Year 85: great year: I have the same! All the best friend

| Bienvenue ici avec nous. Tu as visiblement une belle Samba. Je suis allé en Suède en 1972, nous avions apprécié l’accueil et la convivialité des autochtones. Nous étions passé par Stockholm (ou une personne nous avais offert une bière fraîche à un feu rouge  ) pour nous rendre à Borlänge ou papa participé au championnat du monde d’aéromodélisme. Je te souhaite beaucoup de plaisir au volant de ta Talbot ========================================= A la course aucun tracteur me bat bat bat. PatriceSIMCA 1000 1970 et TALBOT Samba 1981 + Le Poulain Luxe 1950 et Honda 500CX 1981 . |

But why do you like this old french car ? Where did you find it ? We have so few non french owners, you have to explain !!!
I think you also could find a new rear window in some specialists internet sites. |

| Hi again! Thanks for your kind replies. The story is like this: I was googling around on the Swedish version of Ebay "Blocket" 4 years ago and all of a sudden stumbled upon this car. I had never before owned a car, but the look of this car really made me fall in love. I bought it a couple of days later and it was in really good shape since it have had the same owner all years. It was a woman that bought it in Stockholm -85 and she used it during some years, but then her son took it over, but since he had a lot of convertibles he didn't drive it too much, he mainly took care of it. I'm trying my best to continue taking care of it, even though I don't know so much about cars. But I give a lot of love and respect I wonder, does anyone of you have any experience from "studio-cabriolet.com"? This is "Francis" (her name) on Fårö island, Sweden in 2017.   |
